Kartik Aaryan Expresses Gratitude to Kangana Ranaut for Recognising Him as a Self-made Celebrity

Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan has expressed his gratitude while responding to Kangana Ranaut’s recent tweet, in which she praised the actor for ‘not being a part of any camp’ in Bollywood and for forging his own path.

Kangana recently praised the actor for forging his own path in Bollywood and refusing to be a part of any camp. Kartik on Sunday at an awards ceremony responded to the actor and described himself as a “fan” of her work.

Kartik stated that he is grateful to Kangana for recognising him. He said that he has long admired her work and it is a huge compliment coming from someone like Kangana.

Earlier this month, during a Twitter ‘Ask Kangana’ session, the actor was asked what she admired about Kartik. “Kartik Aaryan is self-made and follows his own path, he is not a part of any group, he is cool”, Kangana later tweeted.

Kangana said last year at the Dhaakad trailer launch that she was proud and fond of Kartik. In response to Kangana’s remark, the actor stated in a 2022 interview, “I am overjoyed that unhone aise kiya (she did that). I saw that part of her press conference where she said it. It feels good to be recognised by an actor like her who is so skilled at her craft”.

Kangana recently wrapped production of her next film, ‘Emergency’. She is not only the project’s star, but also its director. She will be seen in the role of Indira Gandhi, India’s first female Prime Minister. The upcoming film, which also stars Anupam Kher, Satish Kaushik, and Milind Soman, is set to be released this year. Kartik was most recently seen in ‘Shehzada’ with Kriti Sanon. Rohit Dhawan directed the film, which was released on February 17.
